This includes conducting tutor observations and assisting with our online tutoring efforts. The GA is the primary backup person in TutorTrac scheduling system. The TutorTrac system allows us to input the tutor schedule for the tutee to schedule appointments with the tutor, assist in our payroll function, and collect data for tutoring statistics each year. The GA also assists students and tutors with problems within the TutorTrac system. The GA also is will assist with the management of our website, monitoring of tutoring email account and with an outreach effort to the community.
