Job Description and Key Responsibilities, including Virtual/Remote Expectations:
Evaluate financial and application documentation, issue immigration documents and Social Security Number letters for new and continuing international students and update student records in various databases; Contribute to student services activities such as orientation, educational events, and other campus-wide programs as assigned; Respond to inquiries by phone and email; Provide support to the Office of International Student and Scholar Services team by handling administrative functions; Perform other tasks as assigned.

Must have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines; Strong and grammatically accurate written English communication skills; Federal law requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residence to serve as a Designated School Official and/or an Alternate Responsible Officer- must be willing and able to pass the mandatory background check.
