Workshop : Stay the Path - Graduate Studies

In this interactive session, Molly Keehn, Ed.D., and Angélica Castro, M.A., CPC, will guide you through interactive activities and share research-backed strategies to draw from for extra support during your journey as a graduate student. The workshop will include setting up accountability structures, practicing self-compassion, and sustaining a celebratory focus as you pursue your goals. Participants will leave with actions to incorporate into their daily routines to support well-being and increase joy, connection, and inspiration.

At this workshop, you will also have the chance to learn more about CoJourn, a structured peer-to-peer support and goal-setting program that helps you ‘Stay the Path’ and follow through on making positive changes in life while building connections with another person. CoJourn will be offered to all graduate students beginning in January 2024.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
