Eligibility Requirements

To hold this assistantship, students must:

  • Maintain a minimum cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0.
  • Be registered for at least 9 graduate credits during each term of the assistantship.
  • Be enrolled as a full-time graduate student in good academic standing.
  • Current enrollment in a graduate degree or certificate program

Additional eligibility or program-specific requirements may apply as outlined by the Graduate Department and the appointing department.

Position Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring instructional and service labs (computer, video, etc.) for professors who are new to remote instruction
  • General office work/clerical/receptionist,
  • Website management/assisting faculty with web pages, Blackboard, Zoom, Google, Network administration/end user support

  • Notify the supervisor the night before or by 8am at the latest. Please dress appropriately for a professional office (business casual).
