    Job Description and Key Responsibilities including Virtual/Remote Expectations:
    Working with the Associate Dean for Assessment and Accreditation and the Data Manager for Assessment to ensure effective and ongoing data collection efforts. Duties include: assisting and responding to questions from faculty, students, and cooperating teachers; conducting training sessions for students; coordinating with offices within the SOE to create data load file that tracks field experiences; assist with auditing assessment activities to ensure completeness; compiling aggregated data reports from Tk20.

    List any Learning Outcomes related to the GAs Academic Program:
    "Verbal and Written commination skills will be refined; working with stakeholders that are experiencing technical issues requires clear and concise responses. Critical Thinking skills will be refined; an investigation into technical issues will lead to analysis and inference of why the issue has presented. Understanding of assessment processes and procedures; by seeing the entire cycle of assessment and the systematic process the student will gain a greater understanding of assessment on a larger scale. Understanding of data visualization; the student will assist with using raw data to create a visual representation that is easier to read and understand."

    Preference to School of Education major.

    What behavioral expectations do you have? For example, what is your preferred communication timeline for a GA who needs to call out sick?
    GA’s are expected to notify their supervisor and other staff of changes in their schedule. During orientation to the position, a schedule of weekly hours to be worked and how deviations from that scheduled will be approved are both agreed upon. Additionally, during orientation confidentiality is discussed in length. GA’s are expected to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and not repeat or reveal any confidential data they are exposed to.
